SHIPPING POLICY:
Allow up to 5-10 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

Changes to shipping addresses or any other information will not be made once an order is placed. 

We do not offer expedited shipping. 

Please see your shipping confirmation email to track your order. Contact infor@mirimoda.com for assistance if there is no movement on your tracking after several business days.

Miri Moda is not liable for missing packages marked 'delivered' by the carrier. We recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim.

We do not reprocess or reship orders; customers are welcome to place a new order with the returned funds after a successful claim. 

PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT IT’S NOT HERE?

SOMETIMES CARRIERS INCORRECTLY SCAN PACKAGES THAT ARE STILL IN TRANSIT. THAT MEANS THAT YOUR PACKAGE COULD BE MARKED AS “DELIVERED” EVEN THOUGH IT’S STILL ON ITS WAY TO YOU. WE COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION! BUT YOUR PACKAGE IS LIKELY TO SHOW UP WITHIN SIX DAYS OF A FALSE SCAN. Still nothing? Contact the carrier to file a claim.

MIRI MODA ORDERS/PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

Any Miri Moda order/package that is returned to our location (including but not limited to due to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer) will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back out to the customer. These instances will be treated as a return for full refund minus shipping cost. Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail International. Shipping charge do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and Miri Moda is not responsible for these fees. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any additional charges.
